Fine tuning for 'cross.

A bit less beer...

A lot more greens...




Gavin is showing an interest




And Thor is already getting his Belgie on




I've been stretching tyres & limbering up my mind.



And experimenting with the limits of traction.


And doing some training for the Shenandoah 100. My Superfly will sure feel light compared to the trail-a-bike.


After that the bike focus turns to 'Cross. Charm City is going to be big this year...big fun. Come out and join the party. We've a new crew tilling up the sand this year.




That's about it. Oh, the biker bar is still open on Wednesday's, mountain bikers and crossers welcome.
